EmpowerEQ was born from Resolute Educational Solutions, LLC (Resolute). In the bustling heart of Detroit, a revolution brewed. Not in factories or on assembly lines but in classrooms and communities. In 2014, Resolute was born as a force for equity, determined to bridge the gap between opportunity and achievement.  Resolute didn’t just talk about a more just education system; they built it. The passionate educators, researchers, and strategists worked tirelessly to equip schools with the tools and talent to empower every student.

Through strategic consulting, the team identified areas for improvement. The research arm delved deep, providing data-driven insights to inform effective solutions. However, true change requires empowered people who change with the advancement of time. Resolute championed workforce development and preparing a new generation of educators and leaders who reflect the communities they serve. Resolute needed to change to support changes in technologies, policies, and more without being pigeonholed in education only.
