Graduate Researchers

The InEFE employs graduate researchers to support the work. 

Kendra Bassett

Kendra specializes in school administration and culture, particularly in working with special populations. She is a disabled veteran who transitioned to education from a customer service and financial planning career. Throughout her educational journey, Kendra has worked as a teacher of multiple subjects, an academic coach, a dean of students, and a high school principal. She is currently completing her doctorate in educational leadership at Tennessee State University.

 

Kendra is passionate about ensuring equitable access to quality education for all students, regardless of their background, and creating learning environments that are reflective of and celebrate their unique identities.
